How we work with you
Site review & system selection
A contractor inspects the deck, drainage, and any existing membrane. We recommend EPDM, TPO, or PVC (or BUR) based on your building, budget, and climate. You get a written estimate with options explained.
Preparation & installation
Deck repairs, insulation upgrades, and proper slope are addressed as needed. The membrane is installed with sealed seams, flashings at walls and penetrations, and edge metal. Quality of detail work is what we insist on.
Warranty & maintenance guidance
You receive manufacturer warranty paperwork and simple maintenance tips (e.g. keeping drains clear, inspecting after storms). Many of our contractors offer annual inspection programs for flat roofs.
